What materials do you use?

We print in both high-detail resin (SLA) and durable filament (FDM) plastics. All materials are non-toxic, plant-safe, and sourced from trusted suppliers.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! Email us your idea or 3D file (STL/OBJ) at contact@mintprint3d.co.uk, or use our request form on the website and we’ll send you a quote. No minimum order required.

Which file formats do you accept?

We work with standard 3D-printable formats: STL, OBJ, 3MF, and most common CAD exports. If you’re not sure, just ask!

How long does it take to process my order?

Once you place an order, we typically print and pack within 2–7 business days. UK delivery then takes 1–3 days (depending on your location).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes—we ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination; you’ll see exact options and costs at checkout.

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return on unused items. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back in its original condition for a full refund.

Can I order in bulk or get a wholesale discount?

Yes! For orders of 10+ units or recurring purchases, please contact contact@mintprint3d.co.uk for special pricing.

My print arrived damaged—what now?

So sorry to hear that! Email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement at no extra cost.
